What is the Reno 911 episode where Dangle and Junior serve a guy papers about court?

They try to trap him, but at the end Junior rips the papers up and
shakes the guy's hand. The guy doesn't know it, but Junior has a
little bit of the paper left in his hand, and the guy gets
served...then eventually runs away.

Any help?
